Podcasts
Podcasts are a great way to get connected to the freethought movement. Below are a list of our favorite podcasts. They are listed in no particular order.
Skepticality - The official Podcast of Skeptic Magazine (Promoting science and critical thinking).
Freethought Radio – Produced by the Freedom from Religion Foundation. Hosted by Dan Barker and Annie Lori Galor. News and interviews. Most topics are about atheism, freedom of religion issues, and court cases in which the FFRF is involved. iTunes link
The Skeptic’s Guide to the Universe – Produced by the New England Skeptical Society. Very funny and entertaining, yet informative. Focuses on skepticism and logic. Though the five panelists are atheists, atheism is rarely the main topic. Shows include a news segment, an interview or main topic, name that logical fallacy, science or fiction, and lots of witty banter. iTunes link
Point of Inquiry – Produced by the folks who bring us Free Inquiry and Skeptical Inquiry. Hosted by a former RSSL member DJ Grothe. Very high production quality. DJ asks excellent questions and the shows are very informative. Shows usually feature one interview with a prominent freethinker or skeptic. iTunes link
Logically Critical – The host discusses various logical issues. His shows on the Bible are excellent and worth a laugh. Unfortunately the show is no longer in production. iTunes link
